Reset Login Password Info
To change your account password, log in to your account, click Settings and select Security.
Here, you can change your password and your Transaction PIN.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on Forgot Password.
Input the phone number linked to your account and your new password. A confirmation code will be emailed to your registered email address. Once you input this code, your password will be changed, and you can log in with your new password.
Please, do not use old passwords, as they can easily be obtained from other sources.
I'm having trouble logging in.

Why is my account locked?
