How do I deposit money with CinetPay - Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and DR Congo

To deposit funds with CinetPay on Yellow Card, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Log in to the mobile or web App and select “Deposit”  tab.

Step 2

Select “ Mobile Money” option.

Step 3

Enter the amount you wish to deposit ( Minimum XOF 500).

Step 4

Choose your provider from the list.

Step 5

Confirm the applicable fees and amount to be received in your account.

Note: You’ll be redirected to proceed with CinetPay to deposit easily and safely.

Step 6

Click on the “ Continue” button, and follow the instructions from CinetPay.

Step 7

We’ll let you know the transaction status as soon as we hear from the payment provider.
