Updating your account information is an occasional operation that can happen for any reason. In this article we have selected the most common changes.

1. How do I change my Email address?

Your email address is linked to your Yellow Card account upon registration. 

If you need to change the email address on your account, please send a mail to our Support Team, and we will work with you to get it changed as quickly as possible.

2. How do I change my Name and Date of Birth?

Your Name and Date of Birth are linked to your Yellow Card account upon registration. However, if you have made any mistakes when entering your birth information, you can correct this error during your Tier 1 verification process.

3. How do I change my Country?

Your Country is linked to your Yellow Card account upon registration. 

If you need to change the Country on your account, please send a mail to our Support Team, and we will work with you to get it changed as quickly as possible.

4. How do I change or reset my Transaction PIN?

Your transaction PIN is a 4-digit PIN that authorizes external transactions from your Yellow Card account. This could be sending cryptocurrency to other wallets or withdrawing funds from your account. Your transaction PIN adds an extra layer of security to your account to ensure no one else can withdraw funds from your account.

Note: Never share your transaction PIN with anyone – no Yellow Card employee will ask you for your transaction PIN.

Here are a few instances you may need to change or reset your transaction PIN

a. I think someone else knows my transaction PIN

b. If you suspect your transaction PIN has been compromised, we advise you to change it immediately. 

To change your transaction pin, follow these simple steps:

  • On the Homepage, Click on the line arrow next to your name and select “Settings”

  • Select Security and then Scroll down and select “Change PIN”
  • Enter your Current PIN first before we will grant you access to change your PIN

5. How do I Delete my Account?

To permanently delete your account, please go to your account and select Security. Select the text at the bottom in red "Delete Account," and follow the instructions to proceed
