Why can't I reset my password?

If you're having trouble resetting your password, it could be due to one of these common reasons:

You have not entered the correct reset code

To ensure the security of your account, a reset code is sent to your registered email address when you request a password reset using the "forgot password" option.
You'll need to enter this code correctly to set a new password.
If you enter the wrong code, you won't be able to reset your password.

Note: Please make sure to check your spam. In addition, here's what to do if you cannot access your email address.

Your new password does not match

To reset your password, you must enter your new password in the "password confirmation" field and make sure it is correct.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Both fields must have the same characters, in the same order.
You won't be able to change your password if your new one doesn't match.

You have entered the wrong mobile number

To reset your Yellow Card account password, you need to have the correct mobile number that you used to register for your account.

Financially yours, Yellow Card.
