IP Address Whitelisting

IP address whitelisting is a security control that restricts access to your API or related actions to a predefined list of approved IP addresses. 

When enabled, only requests originating from approved IP addresses are permitted. Any request from a non-whitelisted IP address is automatically rejected. 

This helps protect your account from unauthorised access.

How to Whitelist Your IP Address

Follow the steps below to whitelist an IP address from your API Dashboard.


Step 1: Access Dashboard settings 

  1. Log in to your API dashboard.

  2. Scroll to Developer tools.

  3. Click on the Whitelist IPs tab

Step 2: Add a New Address

  1. Click on Create new

  2. In the pop-up window, enter your IP address

  3. Click on Make request.

  4. An OTP code will be sent to your registered email address.

  5. Enter the OTP code in the pop-up window. 

  6. Click Submit. 


Once submitted successfully, the address will be whitelisted.

Congratulations, you have successfully whitelisted your wallet address.
