How to Receive USD on the Treasury Portal

This guide explains how to receive USD on the Treasury Portal.

You can receive USD via Local Bank Payment or International Bank Payment.

Local Bank Payment involves you receiving money from a US bank account into the treasury portal. It is usually faster and helps you save on transaction fees.

International Bank Payment involves you receiving money from an international bank account. It might take additional processing time and may involve transactional fees.

Follow the steps below to receive USD on the Treasury portal

Step 1: Navigate to The Wallets Page

1. Log in to the Treasury Portal 
2. From the dashboard, select Wallets.
3. Click Receive within the Wallets section

A pop-up window will appear to begin your funding request

Step 2: Complete the Funding Process

1. Select the asset you want to receive and click Next.
2. Select your payment method, either Local Bank Payment  or International Bank Payment 
3. Once selected, click on "Next”
4. Review the bank details and reference code displayed.
5. Transfer the specified amount to the provided bank account, ensuring the reference code is included.
6. Click, I’ve made a payment.
7. Upload your proof of payment

8. Click Done.

Your payment will be reviewed, and your wallet will be credited once confirmed.
