How to Create an Account on the Treasury Portal
This guide explains how to create and activate your Treasury account on Yellow Card, as well as how to get started with onboarding on our Treasury Portal.
After signing the agreement provided to you, you will receive an email with your Login credentials:
- A login email address.
- A temporary password
- Instructions to submit the required onboarding documents
Account access is granted after successful verification and review
Follow the steps below to create your treasury account:
Step 1: Reset your Password and set up 2FA
- Click the login link provided
- You will be redirected to the account creation page
- Enter your email address and temporary password, and click next.
- You will be prompted to reset your password
- Enter a new secure password and click Next
- Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Click on continue once setup is complete
Your account will then be created and activated.
Step 2: Submit Your Verification Request
After creating your account, you will be redirected to the verification page.
- Click Get Started to begin the verification process.
- Provide the required information, including:
- Company info
- Company address
- Business particular
- Source of Funds
- Banking and Wallet information
- Company document (Upload required documents)
- Representative, Director, and UBO Verification
- Once all required fields and documents are complete, click Next to submit your verification request.
- Click Continue after submission.
We’ve received your documents, and they are currently being reviewed.
You will be notified once your account has been verified.
