How to Reset Password on The API Dashboard

This guide explains how you can reset a team member’s password from the API Dashboard.

Only users assigned the Admin role can reset passwords.

Admins cannot reset their own password unless another admin performs the reset.

Follow the steps below to reset password for team members on the API Dashboard:

Step 1: Access Dashboard settings 

1. Log in to your API dashboard.
2. Scroll to Settings.

Step 2: Reset password:

1. In the Team section, locate the team member whose password you want to reset.
2. Click Edit next to the user’s name.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Reset Password.
4. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
5. Click Reset to proceed.

The password reset will be applied immediately.
