Managing Team Roles and Permissions

This guide explains how to manage team roles and permissions from your API Dashboard.

Roles determine the level of access each team member has to dashboard features and actions.


You can assign, update or remove roles to control operational and administrative access.


Available Roles and Permissions

The API Dashboard supported three roles, each with defined access levels.


Admin

Admins have full access to all sections of the API Dashboard.


Treasury

Treasury users can manage wallet addresses, including the ability to:

  • Add wallet addresses 
  • Delete wallet addresses 
  • Approve new wallet addresses 
  • Enable wallet addresses 
  • Disable wallet addresses
  • Deny new wallet addresses

View 

View users have read-only and limited administrative access, including the ability to:

  • View transactions
  • Export transactions
  • View balances 
  • Export balances 
  • View API keys 
  • Create new API keys 
  • View webhooks 
  • Create new webhooks 
  • Invite team members
  • Delete team members

Follow the steps below to manage roles on the API dashboard:

Step 1: Access Settings

  1. Log in to your API Dashboard
  2. Scroll down to settings

Step 2: Manage Roles

  1. In the team section, view the list of all team members and their assigned roles
  2. Select Edit next to the team member you want to update
  3. Click on Change Roles 
  4. In the pop-up window, select the new role from the drop-down list
  5. Click Apply

The role update takes effect immediately.
