What are the key dates I should know?
October 29th, 2025: Official announcement of app closure. Withdrawals are now open.
December 31st, 2025: Final day to withdraw funds through the app.
- January 1st, 2026: The app will be permanently shut down and no longer accessible.
What is the deadline to withdraw my funds?
You must withdraw your funds on or before December 31st, 2025.
After this date, withdrawals through the app will no longer be available.
What happens if I don’t withdraw by the deadline?
Your funds are not lost. They will be securely held in compliance with regulatory requirements.
How long will my withdrawal take?
Processing times depend on your chosen currency and withdrawal method. All requests will be handled as quickly as possible. You can track progress under Transaction History in the app.
Can I withdraw if I am on Tier 0?
To withdraw fiat or crypto from your account, you must complete your KYC Tier 1 verification.

How do I withdraw my funds?
Log in to the Yellow Card app.
On the home page select withdraw.
Enter the amount and currency you want to withdraw in, then follow the on-screen instructions.
We’ve temporarily increased transaction limits to make withdrawals easier and faster.
How can I claim my funds after the app has closed?
After January 1st, 2026, we will provide a secure, web-based process to claim your remaining balance. Step-by-step instructions will be shared on our website once the app is officially closed.

What happens to my personal data?
Your personal data will remain protected. We will no longer use your data for app services once the app is shut down. After the statutory retention periods expire, your personal data will either be securely deleted or permanently anonymized.
What happens to accounts that were created but never used?

Yes. We apply the same security safeguards to your data after the app closure as we do today, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring.
Can I download my transaction history?
You can not download your transaction history however you can take screenshots of all your transactions on the mobile app.
Can I still use Yellow Card services in the future?
