How to Add a Secondary Phone Number to Your Yellow Card Account

You can add a secondary phone number to your Yellow Card account from the Profile tab. However, this feature is only available in countries where Mobile Money is a supported payment method.

Steps to Add a Secondary Phone Number

1. Open the Yellow Card App or Web App

   Go to the Home Page and tap on the Profile tab and select Payment Method.

   
   

2. Enable Mobile Money

   At the top of the page, switch to the Mobile Money tab, scroll down, and click Add Secondary Number.

   
   

3. Enter Your Secondary Phone Number

   Type in your secondary phone number and tap Next.

   
   

4. Verify Your Number

   Choose how you’d like to receive the OTP (WhatsApp or SMS), then enter the OTP code you receive and tap Next.

   
   

5. Confirm Your PIN

   Enter your Yellow Card PIN and tap Confirm.

   
   

✅ Your secondary phone number has been successfully added and can now be used for payments and transactions.
