Campaign Dynamics
To encourage our influencers and affiliate marketers in the Yellow Card community, we will be rewarding referrals to the Yellow Card platform. Individuals who bring new customers to the platform through their custom referral codes will be rewarded with a fixed amount per customer.
The affiliates must drive sign-ups, KYC and deposits of KES 300 and above to qualify for the rewards. We will also reward affiliates when their referred persons make their first transactions on Yellow Card.
The top 3 performers in the campaign will be awarded one-off cash prizes monthly.

Eligibility criteria
The competition is open to Yellow Card affiliate marketers and influencers in Kenya. You must have verified your account and have a custom referral code assigned to you by Yellow Card. Referred customers must sign up through your affiliate referral code to qualify as a customer. See How-to video here.

Personal data
By participating in this campaign, the Entrant agrees to the collection, processing, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information by Yellow Card. Yellow Card shall use/process the personal information and the content supplied by the Entrants for this contest in line with its privacy policy link here.
The affiliate consents to the use of their name or details for advertising, marketing, or promotional activities relating to the campaign and Yellow Card's products and services without additional compensation or prior notice. In participating in the competition, all Entrants consent to the same.
Limitation of liability
Yellow Card does not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Entrant due to either participating in this campaign or being selected to receive a reward.
Also, Yellow Card shall not be responsible for any damage or loss suffered by the affiliate due to the publicity associated with the campaign or any promotional activity by the Company.
Account information
You acknowledge that you will safeguard your login and account information and be your account's sole operator/accessor/transactor. Yellow Card Financial will not be liable for any loss you may incur if you intentionally disclose your login details or custom referral code to a third party or by negligence. If Yellow Card incurs any loss due to your negligence or willful disclosure to a third party, you shall indemnify Yellow Card Financial to the extent of their loss.
Nature of Business
Yellow Card Financial is neither an investment company nor an investment advisory. Yellow Card Financial is a Stablecoin exchange platform. We do not operate, participate in or promote any multi-level marketing scheme. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss if you engage in such transactions.
General
Yellow Card reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this campaign with or without prior notice for any reason. These may include, without limitation, the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud or where it considers it necessary to do so. Our decision is final and binding in this instance, and no correspondence will be entered.
Yellow Card shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond its reasonable control.
