Changing My Yellow Card Phone number

If you need to change the phone number associated with your Yellow Card account, please note that it's not possible to change the phone number directly. This is because your phone number serves as your account number and cannot be modified.

However, you can create a new account with the desired phone number and then deactivate your old account.

To deactivate your old account, make sure to withdraw all funds from that account. Once you have done this, follow the steps below to delete your account:

Step 1. Open the Yellow Card app and navigate to the profile tab on the top left of the home page.

Step 2. Scroll down to the "Security" section

Step 3. At the bottom of the screen, you will find the "Delete Account" option.

Step 4. Select a reason for deleting your account and click "Next."

Step 5. If there are funds in your account, you will be prompted to withdraw them before proceeding.

Step 6. Enter your account password to continue with the deletion process

Step 7. Confirm your decision to delete your account by clicking "Yes, delete my account."

Step 8. Congratulations! Your Yellow Card account has been successfully deleted.

Please note that the account deletion process may take up to 24 hours to complete. If you receive funds in your account via Yellow Pay or Coins during this period, the deletion process will be stopped.
