How to withdraw using SPENN

This guide is designed to assist you on how to make a SPENN withdrawal on Yellow Card.

Follow these steps to make a SPENN withdrawal:

Step 1:

Go to your Yellow Card home page and click on the "Withdraw" option.

Step 2:

Select "SPENN," and a pop-up will prompt you to confirm your SPENN account. If you have a SPENN account, choose "I have a SPENN account" to proceed.

Step 3:

Enter the desired withdrawal amount and click on "Next."

Step 4:

Enter your phone number and select "Next."

Step 5:

Review your withdrawal details and click on “Confirm.”

Step 6:

Enter your transaction PIN and click on “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

Step 6:

Congratulations! Your withdrawal request has been submitted. We will notify you once your withdrawal has been processed.
