Follow these steps to make a manual MoMo withdrawal on Yellow Card.

Step 1:

Navigate to your Yellow Card homepage and click on "Withdraw."

Step 2:

Choose "Manual mobile money."

Step 3:

A pop-up will notify you that manual MoMo withdrawals may take up to two business days to reflect in your mobile money account. Click on "I understand" to proceed.

Step 4:

Enter the desired withdrawal amount and click on "Next."

Step 5:

Provide your mobile money number, select your mobile money provider, and click on "Next."

Step 6:

Review your transaction details and click on “Confirm.”

Step 7:

Input your Yellow Card PIN when prompted, and click "Confirm" to proceed with your withdrawal request.

Step 8:

Your withdrawal request has been received. We will notify you once the withdrawal is processed.
