How to withdraw using Momo (Mobile Money)

MoMo, short for mobile money deposit, is a digital financial service that allows users to send, receive, and store money using mobile phones. It serves as a convenient alternative to traditional banking, granting individuals access to financial services without the need for a bank account or physical bank visits.

Follow these steps to make a MoMo withdrawal.

Step 1:

Go to your Yellow Card homepage and click on "Withdraw."

Step 2:

Enter the desired withdrawal amount and click on "Next."

Step 3:

Provide your mobile money number and select your mobile money provider, then click on "Next."

Step 4:

Review your withdrawal details and click on "Confirm."

Step 5: 

Enter your Yellow Card PIN to complete the transaction and click on “Confirm”.

Step 6: 

We have received your withdrawal request, and we will notify you once your withdrawal has been processed.
