How to deposit using Manual Bank Deposit

This guide is designed to assist you in making manual deposits on Yellow Card.

A manual bank deposit involves traditional deposit methods such as mobile transfers, in-person visits to the bank, and ATM deposits.

Follow these steps to make a manual deposit:

Step 1:

On your Yellow Card home page, click on the deposit option.

Step 2:

Select "Bank transfer," and a pop-up will inform you that manual deposits may take up to two days to reflect in your account. Click on "I understand" to proceed.

Step 3:

Enter the desired deposit amount and click on "Next."

Step 4:

A pop-up will appear, guiding you to use your Yellow Card-linked phone number as a reference for the deposit. Ensure the deposit originates from a bank account in your name. Avoid saving Yellow Card as a beneficiary due to potential changes in our banking details. After reading and agreeing, click on "Next."

Step 5:

Copy our bank details and proceed to make the deposit using your Yellow Card-linked phone number as a reference.

Step 6:

Click on "Confirm deposit."

Step 7:

Congratulations! You have successfully completed the deposit process. Your account will be credited once we receive the deposit from your bank.
