Tier Verification Issues
The procedure on how to verify Tier 1
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- Click on the get started button under the Verify Identity tab
- A dialogue box appears and highlights all the details required to get your Tier 1 verified. Click on let’s go
- Select your source of salary and click on the “Next button”
- Enter your Street Address, State, and postal code and click on Next
- Enter your Nationality, Document type and ID number in the field and Click on Next
- Check to confirm if your Name and Date of Birth are correct and click on Next
- Click on Yes, allow to allow Yellow Card to have access to your ID Card data
- Click on request camera access
- Click on Take a Selfie and select “use this one” if the picture is clear and it is not blurry
- Select the “camera-like button” to take a picture of the front of your ID
- Select the correct button on the left-hand side below if the picture is clear or the retry button on the right-hand side if the picture is not clear to retake the picture.
- Select the “camera-like button” to take a picture of the back of your ID
- Select the correct button on the left-hand side below if the picture is clear or the retry button on the right-hand side if the picture is not clear to retake the picture.
- Wait to get your verification message
The procedure on how to verify Tier 2
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- Click on the get started button under the Tier 2 verification tab
- A pop-up menu appears and highlights all the details required to get your Tier 2 verified.
- Click on Next and click on get started
- Click on Proof of Residency Address box and upload the document from your files
- Enter the address on the document uploaded in the street address box
- Enter the postal code
- Click on submit
The procedure on how to verify Tier 3
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- Click on the get started button under the Tier 3 verification tab
- A pop-up menu appears that highlights all the details required to get your Tier 3 verified. Press next and select get started.
- Select Proof of Income Statement and upload your Proof of Income
- Click on Submit
Fiat Deposit and Withdrawal Issues
The procedure for how to make a mobile money deposit (Automated Deposit)
- Log in to your account
- Click Deposit from the home page
- Select the forward arrow to proceed
- Enter the amount and select the Next button
- Click on the drop-down button to select your network provider and select the Next button
- Check the breakdown of how much you will receive in your Yellow Card account and select Confirm
- Check your phone to authorize the payment
- The funds will reflect in your account

- Log in to your account
- Click Deposit from the home page
- Select Bank transfer
- Enter the amount you transferred to our bank account and select next
- Check the breakdown of how much you will receive in your Yellow Card account and select Confirm
The Procedure on making an Instant deposit
- Log into your account
- Select Deposit
- Select Instant Deposit
- Input the amount you would like to deposit
- Select Find Your match
- Pay into the account provided and use your YC phone number as a transaction description.
- Select I have done a transfer after depositing
- You will be notified when your deposit is received.

- Select wallet
- Ensure you have funds available in your Nigerian wallet.
- Select withdraw
- Select instant withdrawal as the method of withdrawal

- On the top of the page, you will see privacy mode. You can select the button on the far right to hide or unhide your portfolio balance

- On the upper section of the page click on the drop-down menu and select the language of your choice
Crypto-related Issue
The procedure how to buy Coins
- Log in to your account
- Select the Cryptocurrency tab on the top right corner close to the pay tab
- Select the type of Coin you want to buy
- Select the buy button
- Enter the amount you want to buy
- Confirm the transaction
The procedure on how to generate your wallet address
- Log in to your account
- Select the Crypto tab on the top right corner close to the pay tab
- Select the type of Coin
- Select the Receive button on the upper section of the page
- Tap to copy your wallet address
The procedure on how to sell Coins
- Log in to your account
- Select the Sell Cryptocurrency Tab
- Select the type of Coin you want to sell
- Enter the amount you want to sell ( you can toggle to enter the amount in coin value, USD or local currency)
- Review and confirm the transaction

- Log in to your account
- Select the Discover new coins tab
- You can now see all the cryptocurrencies listed on the Yellow Card
Account Security Related Issue
The procedure how to reset the Transaction PIN
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- On the far left-hand side select Security
- Select the Change Pin tab located below the Change password button
- Enter your old PIN,new PIN and re-enter your new pin
- Select the Next button
The procedure how to set up your 2FA
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- On the far left-hand side select Security
- Select to turn on the Authenticator App under the 2-step verification tab and select Next
- Tap to copy your secret key
- Open your google Authenticator App to create a new account
- Enter the secret key
- Input the 6 digits code displayed on the Authenticator app into your Yellow Card account
- Select the confirm button to add your 2FA to your account
The procedure how to change your password
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- On the far left-hand side select Security
- Enter your old password
- Enter your new password
- Re-enter your new password
- Select Change password

The procedure on how to check your referral code
- Log in to your account
- Select the referral tab on the top right corner close to the pay tab
- Copy your referral code and share it with your friends or family or click on the share button to copy and share your referral link with your friends. You can also share your link via Whats app or Facebook.
The procedure how to add a bank account
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- On the far left-hand side select bank
- Select add bank account on the main page
- Select from the list of banks available add your account name and number and click on confirm
The procedure on how to verify email address
- Log in to your account
- Click on the African image close to the Referral tab on the top right corner
- Click on settings
- At the top of the page click on Verify Email
- Check your email account as a verification link has been sent to your email address. (Check your spam if the link is not in your inbox)
- Click Verify Email Address or copy and paste the link in the email into your web browser to verify your email address
Yellow Pay Transactions
The procedure on how to send funds on Yellow Pay
- Log in to your account
- Click on Pay
- Click on send money
- Select the country and enter phone number
- Select Check phone number and click on Next
- Enter the amount you wish to send and you will see how much the recipient will receive
- Select the reason for sending the money and click on Next
- Confirm the details (recipient phone number and amount to be received and fees charged) and select confirm
- Enter your Transaction PIN to authorize the transaction
The send amount should be at least 1 USD
