How to Manage Notifications and Approvals on the Treasury Portal

The Notifications section is your central hub for managing transaction approvals. From here, you can view and act on pending approvals, expired requests, rejected approvals, and your own submitted requests.


Approving a Transaction

Step 1: Go to Notifications

  1. Log in to the Treasury Portal.
  2. Select Notifications from the dashboard.

Step 2: Approve the Request

  1. Click Pending Approvals.
  2. Select the transaction you want to review.
  3. In the pop-up window, review the transaction details and click Approve.
  4. Enter your 2FA authentication code and click Confirm.

Your approval is confirmed and the transaction will be processed.


Rejecting a Transaction

Step 1: Go to Notifications

  1. Log in to the Treasury Portal.
  2. Select Notifications from the dashboard.

Step 2: Reject the Request

  1. Click Pending Approvals.
  2. Select the transaction you want to reject.
  3. In the pop-up window, review the transaction details and click Reject.
  4. Enter a reason for the rejection and click Reject to confirm.

The requester will be notified of the rejection along with your reason.

Notification Types at a Glance

Expired Requests Approval requests that passed their deadline
