Managing Payment Details on the Treasury Portal

This guide explains how you can add payment details to your Treasury Portal.

You can add wallet addresses and also bank account details. 

You have a limit of 3 enable addresses per asset network pairing for wallet addresses.

Also, please make sure that you are providing the correct wallet address and network to avoid loss of assets.


Follow the steps to add a wallet address to your Treasury Portal: 

Step 1: Navigating the Treasury Portal

  1. Log in to your Treasury Portal
  2. Click on Payment details 

Step 2: Add wallet to Treasury Portal

  1. Select the Wallet address tab 
  2. Click on add new 
  3. A pop-up window will appear; fill in the pop-up with the 
  • Asset
  • Network
  • Wallet address
  • Then answer the last question
  1. Click on Save to continue. An OTP code will be sent to your registered email address.
  2. Enter the OTP code and click on submit to confirm your request.

    Your wallet address will be sent for approval, and once it has been approved, the wallet will be added to your account.


Follow the steps below to add a Bank account to your Treasury Portal:


Step 1: Navigating the Treasury Portal

  1. Log in to your Treasury Portal
  2. Click on Payment details 

Step 2: Add Bank account to Treasury Portal

  1. Select Bank Account.
  2. Click on Add new.
  3. A pop-up window will appear, fill in the pop-up with the required information and also attach proof of ownership. 
  4. Click on Save to continue. An OTP code will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Enter the OTP code and click on submit to confirm your request.

Your Bank account information will be sent for approval, and once it has been approved, the bank account will be added to your account.
