Sending Funds From Your API Dashboard

This guide explains how to send funds from your API Dashboard to an external wallet address. Sending funds out of your dashboard requires recipient identification details to comply with Travel Rule regulations.

Follow the steps below to from your API Dashboard


Prerequisites

Before you can withdraw funds, you must complete the following:

  1. Whitelist your payout wallet address:

    • Navigate to the wallet management page in your API Dashboard

    • Add and whitelist the destination wallet address you plan to use for withdrawals

    • Important: Withdrawals to non-whitelisted addresses will remain in pending status until the address is whitelisted.

  2. Ensure sufficient Yellow Card wallet balance (if using directSettlement=false):

    • If you're using directSettlement=false for payouts, ensure your Yellow Card wallet has sufficient balance before initiating withdrawals

    • When this setting is enabled, the Yellow Card wallet is debited for each withdrawal

    • Insufficient balance will cause your withdrawal to enter 'pending liquidity' status

Step 1: Access the Wallets Section 

  1. Log in to your API Dashboard

  2. Navigate to the Wallets section

Step 2: Initiate a Send Transaction

  1. Click on Send

  2. Select the Wallet you are sending from.

  3. Enter the amount you want to send and click on Next.

  4. Select the destination wallet address from your saved wallet addresses.

  5. Click Next

Step 3: Enter Recipient Details

To comply with Travel Rule requirements, you must provide recipient information:

  1. Enter the Beneficiary legal name

  2. Enter the recipient’s Business Registration Number

  3. Beneficiary email address

  4. Physical address of company

    Important: Ensure all recipient details are accurate. Transactions with incorrect information will fail.

  5. Enter your 2FA code and click Next to review your transaction details

  6. Confirm the information and click Confirm

Once confirmed, your request will be submitted for processing.
