How to Receive Local Currency/Fiat on the Treasury Portal

This guide explains how to receive funds on the Treasury Portal. When receiving Local currency/fiat, ensure that you copy the transaction reference and include it in the payment.

Receiving Local Currency (Fiat)

Step 1: Navigate to The Wallets Page

1. Log in to the Treasury Portal. 
2. From the dashboard, select Wallets.
3. Click Receive within the Wallets section.

A pop-up window will appear to begin your funding request.

Step 2: Complete the Funding Process

1. Select the Local Currency you want to receive and click Next.
2. Enter the Amount and click Next.
3. Review the bank details and reference code displayed.
4. Transfer the specified amount to the provided bank account, ensuring the reference code is included.
5. Click, I’ve made a payment.
6. Upload your proof of payment (Optional).

7. Click Done. 

Your payment will be reviewed, and your wallet will be credited once confirmed.
