Terms and Conditions - Mother’s Day Giveaway
Yellow Card Financial is a company whose mission is to bring financial inclusion to everyone. As we do this, we are committed to protecting the integrity of our company by ensuring that no one carries out illegal or illicit activity on our platforms. This is why we require KYC (Know Your Customer) information from our customers; to ensure that they can easily buy, sell or store crypto safely on our platform.
In honour of Mother’s Day, we are giving 6 new customers a chance to win $50 each through this Mother’s Day Giveaway. All you need to enter the contest is to;
- Sign up and verify your Yellow Card account to at least Tier 1
- Comment your love for your mother on our social media post for this giveaway.
Competition Period: 24 May to 28 May 2023.
Prize: Six Winners, $50 to be Won by each of them when they sign up and complete Tier 1 KYC
Note: Each winner will receive their reward in USDT, payable directly to the winner's Yellow Card wallet.
Terms: The following terms apply to your participation in the competition.
1. How to Participate
To participate in the Competition, you must:
- Register for a Yellow Card account at the time of the giveaway and complete a minimum of Tier 1 verification.
- Comment your love for your mother on our Mothers’ Day post.
- Eligibility criteria
Participation in the competition is limited to Cameroonian, Senegalese and Ivorian residents with a registered and verified Yellow Card account. You must be 18 years or older. We will exclude any account created using fake or fraudulent details from the Competition. Employees of Yellow Card or any of its subsidiaries are not eligible to enter this Competition.
- Agreement to these Terms
Without limiting the applicability of Yellow Card's User Agreement and Privacy Policy to customers who sign up, you agree to be bound by these additional Terms when participating in the Competition. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria, and you agree to accept any decision made by Yellow Card in terms of these Terms as final and binding.
- Selecting the winners
Yellow Card will select six winners randomly. The winners will be entrants who meet the eligibility requirements
- Contacting a winner
Yellow Card will contact the winners by email within 5 (five) business days of the competition closing. Yellow Card is not liable for any winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other reasons. If a winner fails to reach out to Yellow Card within 48 hours from when the congratulatory message was sent to the winner via email, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Should you be identified as a winner, Yellow Card will verify your identity against your Yellow Card account to award you your prize.
- Announcing the winner
We may announce the winners across any of Yellow Card's social media pages, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & Twitter. If you are selected as a winner, you agree to Yellow Card publishing your social media account names.
- Personal data
Yellow Card shall use the personal information supplied by the entrants for the competition and in line with its privacy policy.
- General
Yellow Card reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this bonus with or without prior notice for any reason. These may include, without limitation, the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud or where it considers it necessary to do so. Our decision is final and binding in this instance, and no correspondence will be entered.
Yellow Card shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond its reasonable control.
