Terms and Conditions - Yellow Card Football Cup
The Yellow Card Football Cup was created for Yellow Card customers who are football lovers to predict game outcomes and win. Customers will predict the results of selected games that will take place between 20 November and 18 December.
The prizes will be sent to the winners’ Yellow Card accounts, and the winners will be revealed publicly to inspire other customers and show transparency.
Competition Period: 17 November 2022 to 21 December 2022
Prizes:
Group Stage - $50 for five people per match in 15 games. Total prize = $3,750
Round of 16 - $50 for five people in five games. Total prize = $1250
Quarter Finals - $100 for three people in four games. Total prize = $1200
Semi-Finals - $150 for two people in two games. Total prize = $600
3rd Place - $150 for three people. Total prize = $450
Finals - $200 for twenty people. Total prize = $2000
Man of the match - $50 for five people. Total prize = $250
Top scorer - $50 for five people. Total prize = $250
Best keeper $50 for five people. Total prize = $250
Terms: The following terms apply to your participation in the Competition:
- Entering the Competition
You’re automatically entered into the competition once you’re a Yellow Card user that meets the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2 below. - Eligibility Criteria
Participation in the competition is open to all Yellow Card customers that are eligible to trade. You must be 18 years or older. You must have verified your Yellow Card account and completed Tier 1 KYC verification. Yellow Card will exclude from the Competition any account created using fake or fraudulent details or created in the same week the customer wins. A customer is not permitted to participate in the competition with multiple accounts. Employees of Yellow Card or any of its subsidiaries are not eligible to enter this Competition. - Agreement to these Terms
Without limiting the applicability of Yellow Card's User Agreement and Privacy Policy to customers who sign up, you agree to be bound by these additional Terms when participating in the Competition. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to accept any decision made by Yellow Card in these Terms as final and binding. - Selecting Winners
Yellow Card will select the winners randomly after every game. The Prizes will be awarded in USDT to the winner’s Yellow Card account and can be sold for fiat on Yellow Card at any time. - Contacting a Winner
The winner will be contacted through an official Yellow Card channel. - Announcing the Winner
The winners may be announced across any of Yellow Card's social media pages, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook & Twitter. If you are selected as a winner, you agree to Yellow Card publishing your name. - Personal Data
Yellow Card shall use the personal information supplied by the participants for the contest and in line with its privacy policy.
By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information by Yellow Card. The Winners consent to the use of their photograph, name, or details for advertising, marketing, or promotional activities relating to the contest and Yellow Card's products and services without additional compensation or prior notice. In participating in the competition, all participants consent to the same. - Limitation of Liability
Yellow Card does not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant due to either participating in this contest or being selected as a winner.
Also, Yellow Card shall not be responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant due to the publicity associated with the contest or any promotional activity by the Company.
Subsequent ownership and trade in bitcoin by the Winner is beyond the company's control. Therefore, we do not accept liability to the Entrant or a third party resulting from the participant's future dealings. - Account Information
You acknowledge that you will safeguard your login and account information and be your account's sole operator/accessor/transactor. Yellow Card will not be liable for any loss you may incur if you disclose your login details to a third party, whether intentionally or by negligence. If Yellow Card incurs any loss due to your negligence or willful disclosure to a third party, you shall indemnify Yellow Card to the extent of their loss. - Nature of Business
Yellow Card is neither an investment company nor an investment advisor. Yellow Card is a crypto-asset exchange platform. We do not operate, participate in or promote any form of multi-level marketing scheme. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss if you engage in such transactions. - General
Yellow Card reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this contest with or without prior notice due to any reason. These may include, without limitation, cases of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud or where it considers it necessary to do so. Our decision, in this instance, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered.
Yellow Card shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond its reasonable control.
