Receiving Bitcoin from a Yellow Card User when Yellow Card is not available in Your Country.

As a Yellow Card user, you can send Bitcoin to any country in the world. You are allowed to send Bitcoin to several other Bitcoin wallets anywhere in the world.

Yellow Card, Binance, Coinbase, and Kucoin among several others have their own Bitcoin wallets where people store Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

However, due to Yellow Card’s nature of allowing its users to access their own local payment services and other legal reasons, our platform may not be available to users in countries we have not yet officially expanded to.

It becomes a problem for you and whoever you are sending this crypto to when a person who is in an unsupported Yellow Card country decides to create an account on to either send or receive Bitcoin.

They may experience challenges that could take our support teams a number of days to resolve.

As such we encourage Yellow Card users who want to send Bitcoin to Yellow Card unsupported countries to only send Bitcoin to people who have locally accessible cryptocurrency wallets in their home country.

Such people should not be forced by senders to create Yellow Card accounts.

Meanwhile, Yellow Card is expanding fast and could be coming to a country near you soon!

If you're still having any challenges with sending or receiving Bitcoin please reach out to our customer support team via [email protected]
