I see the error "Request failed with status code 400" What should I do?
The error message “Request failed with status code 503” simply means that in your attempt to deposit or withdraw funds (particularly Ghanaian users), you entered an incorrect phone number format.
Here’s how to fix this
Please remove any extra “0” which makes it the local format at the beginning of their phone number
When you enter your Momo phone number in the app, it should read: 233XXXXXXX, and NOT 2330XXXXXX
