Connecting a Payment Method

Yellow Card allows you to add various payment methods depending on the country in which you reside. We currently allow users to connect:

1. Bank Accounts

2. Other Payment Methods (Eg. Mobile Money)

How do you connect a Bank Account to your Yellow Card account?

You can connect your Bank Account to your Yellow Card account in just a few simple steps.

1. On the right side of your web app click on the drop-down arrow next to your name.

2. Select “Settings” which will be the first at the top of the list.

3. Select “Banks” which will be at the mid-right part of the page. Afterward, proceed to click on “Add New Bank Account”

4. Enter your Account Number, Bank Name, Bank Branch, and Account Name. Finally, click on “Add Bank Account” 




How do you connect your Mobile Money Account to your Yellow Card account?

You can connect your Bank Account to your Yellow Card account in just a few simple steps.

1. On your Yellow Card homepage begin by clicking on “Deposit”

2. Select “Momo”

Note: On the deposit page you will be provided with various payment options depending on the country in which you reside. Mobile Money service providers may also vary depending on your location.

3. Choose from the options provided which works best for you.

4. After selecting your preferred Momo option, enter the Phone number associated with your Mobile Money number and the amount you wish to deposit in the space provided below. Click on “Review and Confirm”



5. Review the information you have provided and then proceed to click on “Confirm”.

6. In a couple of seconds, you should receive a notification via Mobile similar to the one below requesting you to enter your PIN for the transaction to be complete.
