Part 1: Registration Tips on Yellow Card

We allow our users to register using either our web or mobile application. Please see here how to download the app.

On the Yellow Card website, you should see a page similar to the one below. Start by clicking on “Get Started” in the top right corner.

Afterward, enter your first and last name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Create a strong password following our guidelines. If you were invited by anyone, be sure to enter their referral code. Read our User Agreement and Privacy policy and “Sign Up”.

Check your email to see your verification to complete the registration process.


  • You can only use one email and one phone number per account.
  • Ensure that you have a strong password by having the following:

At Least 8 Characters

One Lowercase

A Capital Letter

A Number

A Symbol

  • Please do not share your login credentials with anyone for your own safety

Part 2: Login Tips on Yellow Card

To successfully Log in you first need to visit

On the far right side click on “Sign In” to Log in to your account.

Yellow Card uses your current location information to precede your contact space.

If entered correctly you should receive your two-step verification code in a few seconds.

Once you enter it you should be able to log in successfully.

Tip: If you are unable to remember your password please click on the "Forgot Password?" tab

Part 3: Reset/Forgot Login Password Info

Reset password

To change your account password, log in to your account and click on the dropdown menu in the top right of your screen. Select “Settings” and navigate to the “Security” section.

Here, you can change your password and your Transaction PIN.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password please click on “Forgot Password”

Input the phone number linked to your account and your new password. A confirmation code will be emailed to your registered email address. Once you input this code, your password will be changed and you can then log in with your new password.

After being redirected to the Forgot Password page, be sure to set a password that is not just strong but memorable as well.

Do not use old passwords as they can easily be obtained from other sources.
