I see the error "Mobile money phone number must be the same" What should I do?
The error message “Mobile money phone number must be the same as your Yellow Card account phone number." simply means that due to our new security updates, you can only transact (Deposit and Withdrawal) using your YC registered phone number.
On the web and mobile apps, your phone number will be pre-populated in the input field and you won't be able to edit it.
Here’s how to fix this
1. Use your Yellow Card registered phone number.
2. Change your Yellow Card phone number by submitting the required documents.
