I see the error "maximum deposit attempts to mobile numbers." What should I do?

The error message “You have exceeded maximum deposit attempts to mobile numbers. Try again later.” simply means that in your attempt to either deposit or withdraw funds you have used up to 3 mobile money numbers within the last 24 hours.

Here’s how to fix this

Please remember that this is simply a security check. If suspicious activity is found your account could be banned. 

  1. Attempt to withdraw to a Momo number that you have already used.
  2. Please try again after 24 hours
